FalterCon Signs : Haiku is Free

I'm planning on making a Kinko's run prior to the event.

I'm going to print off four Haiku_Free.pdf's at 11x17. Hopefully we'll be able to tape those to support poles or something near the seating areas. Worst case scenario, we hijack a few picnic tables and place them there.

If anyone else has ideas for things that may need to be professionally printed in small quantity, we should do some investigation into pricing and see what we can get.

Otherwise, I'll plan on hitting one of the area Kinko's shops and print anything we need the morning of.

Just to make sure we are in sync...

Bryan, there is really no booth. It's just tables, and we really don't know where we will end up at. :)

Since probably nobody has been at the Sunnyvale Baylands Park yet, here you can see some pictures:

I have not been able to confirm yet, but I think we will be using an area like this:

You can see there is only one electrical outlet by each bbq grill, so it does not look that great.

Anyway, I have been told that we will have more specific information about the site this weekend or early next week. I will keep you posted.

Got it.

Hey, that's cool - I see plenty of places to tape up big signs that say FREE as in BEER. :-)

Actually, this makes me happy, as now I shouldn't have to run to the nearest Lowes or Home Depot to buy a 2x2, snap it in half, and use it as sign posts. :-)

If we can get more info on the site, that'll be great. I figure I'll print up 4 of these signs, and we can place them wherever.

I've exported the file in PDF as well, so that it's now online-print service friendly.

I will reattach it in a minute.
